Absolutely! I see a lot of repetitiveness on Medium. Lots of opinionated millennials with zero life experience pontificating, if I could be so cruel and transparent. (Sorry.) But Medium's curation goals almost align with Google's E-A-T/YMYL criteria. Great content should rank. It's just that Medium is a lot more liberal of what "great content" looks like. If more curators and pubs knew Google's standards and required them, it would be a win-win. Everyone would get exposure. Sadly, sometimes super-long pieces don't trend here and clickbait very much does.
